15-Day Move Out Notice

Move Out Process

Step 1

Login to your account dashboard and select 'Current Rentals', then select 'Schedule Move Out' for the unit you wish to move out of.

Step 2

VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure you pause or cancel your Autopay under 'Reoccurring Billing'. If you do not pause your Autopay, your billing will continue even if you've submitted your move out notice.

Step 3

We're sad to see you go! Please make sure to leave your unit swept clean and empty for the next renter. Any items left behind are subject to appropriate dump fees, as listed in your rental agreement.
